SHIPPING
All parcels are dispatched from Melbourne (AU) within 3-5 business days of receiving the order (note this excludes weekends & public holidays). You will be notified once your item is dispatched.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING
National shipping to anywhere in Australia is a flat rate of $8.50.
Bulky items are charged at $12.50.
Spend $120 and above to qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
MiniMats in 10+ units are excluded from free delivery due to the size of the item; an additional delivery charge will be applicable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Spend AU$120 and above to qualify for AU$20 EXPRESS SHIPPING.
Offer valid for orders up to a value of AU$250.
Standard International shipping is a flat rate of AU$25.
International shipping for MiniMats in 10+ units and above are are calculated at checkout due to the size of the item.
International orders may incur charges due to duties and taxes. HeyDoodle is not responsible for any additional fees or delay in delivery due to these circumstances.
WHOLESALE SHIPPING
All shipping costs are to be covered by the purchaser. The cost will be calculated by us manually and will be issued together with the invoice for payment. In the event that there is a price adjustment required from the courier, we will notify you of the changes.

DISCOUNTS
Discounts are subject to change without prior notice.
RETURNS
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds for change of minds. However in the unlikely event that you have received a mat with manufacturing print defects, we will exchange it at no extra cost to you.
In select cases, we may offer a store credit in lieu of an exchange.
