I wish I’d taken more photos. My 4 yr old granddaughter was so excited to get this one. Who doesn’t love The Very Hungry Caterpillar? She started colouring straight away and then when her Mum got back from work they sat down together and finished it 💖.

Busy Bugs Sensory Colouring & Doodle Mat
Store owner replied: Hi Laura, thank you so much for taking time to leave a review! We're so happy to see that your little one enjoys the sensory mat, it sure is a fun one ☺️
This is my second time ordering from Hey Doodle and it was a big one, I wanted extra markers for my son as-well as a few new mats and travel case. I love that no matter what mat you get,it comes with pens and you aren’t having to buy separately. The mats have helped my son not only with his coordination but also his speech as he is interested in the pictures and tells a story while drawing. I personally love that when he wants to start over he just grabs a baby wipe and cleans it himself !

A fantastic mat that folds out longways so the whole family can join in ❤️
Love this new mat with an added bonus of the dot matrix on the reverse side…great for playing ‘boxes’. Thrilled with the extra pens too. Green and blue are our favourite colours!
Easy to use and clean also perfect for traveling and cafe/restaurant outings. Also make the perfect gift for the many birthday parties we attend. The mini mat can be bought in a multi pack making amazing party favours if you’re trying to avoid the sugar and single use plastic!
These washable crayon pens for the win! They are the perfect addition to the silicone mats – they glide on so smoothly, dry quickly, and wipe away with ease. The colours are so beautiful and vibrant. Highly recommend adding these to your collection!
This drawing mat is the best toy I've ever bought, no doubt about it. It's perfect for taking anywhere to kill time, like waiting at a restaurant. It's super easy to clean, and the colors of the brushes are really vibrant.
A wonderful product to encourage creativity and enhance those important fine motor skills. We played with it outside and it dried quite quickly in the sun so that we could add new colour layers and have it ready to peel and stick to our windows.
We absolutely love our Hey Doodle colouring mat! My daughter is 2.5 and this is one of the only activities she has that keeps her busy for a while! It’s also a nice calming activity to do before bed.
We love our Wheels on the Bus Tales Book! It keeps the kids entertained while we are out and about as well as when we are home and using during play time! Its so easy to wipe clean so we can use it fresh next time!
Super happy with our Hey Doodle purchases. They arrived so quickly and our kids were instantly drawn to them
We love these cute little clothes. They wash really well, are super durable and look gorgeous on display in our kitchen!

Gift for grandson that kept him very well entertained during a family lunch out.
Geat quality mat. Keeps the kids entertained.
My son absolutely loves this mat!!. This is his favourite one 10/10
As a child I had something similar, but with crayons, I needed something for the grandkids bro do on wet days .. I am astounded at how popular these turned out . The girls are hooked , I need more , and the larger the better ! Parents love the wipeable texta that refuses to stain tables, floors or furniture!
My 2 and a half year old is loving colouring in all the bugs and different bits and pieces with all of the bright colours. The textas are easy for him to hold, colour well and survive his sometime full on colouring.
The best party favor ever ! 🫶🏻
Incredible tool to help small children with writing/manual dexterity We have been working with my 3 year old on writing letters and this is absolutely the cats pyjamas. Only thing I would do differently is have the letters in alphabetical order but honestly - it’s an amazing tool.
Life Changing Product! We have had these mats for just over a year and I cannot believe how much use they have and how good the quality is! My girls not only love to draw on the mats but they LOVE to clean them even more! They can easily wipe them over, and drawing straight away! It's been a easy activity that they gravitate too with very little mess! It's also such a great birthday gift! Thank you!
All HeyDoodle mats I bought a few mats and we love them all. Highly recommend. We use a wet wipe to clean off and start again. So good for getting off screens and I've been enjoying colouring as well.
Excellent quality and drawings. A huge party favour hit! Even the adults love colouring!
creative cool mat for endless fun Hey Doodle mats has been a huge hit with our family, especially with my 3.5 year old daughter! She loves using it to learn writing numbers and letters. she is so proud and dance with joy after finishing each letter/number. We got introduced to it from her speech therapy session and after seeing it worked for us at home , we bought more mats and other items from hey doodle within a week. It’s been a fantastic tool for building her fine motor skills and boosting her confidence, we can see in one week she has gained a lot of skills in holding pen and writing letters. What’s even better is that she enjoys cleaning it at the end—wiping it down feels like part of the fun for her! Watching her take pride in both her work and the cleanup process is so rewarding. This mat is durable, easy to clean, and endlessly reusable. A perfect combination of fun, learning, and responsibility in one product. Highly recommend it!
Amazing product Amazing products the kids absolutely love them!
Such a great reset activity This has been such a great reset activity for my very energetic boy. He loves it! The silicon mat adds a sensory element that elevates this from your usual colouring in experience. Wouldn’t travel without it!
