We’ve recently uncovered a bit of an inky conundrum—two of our batches decided to play a little prank on us! 🎨 Some of our mats have developed a curious bubbling effect when you draw on them, almost as if there’s a sneaky layer of oil making mischief on the surface.
Rest assured, this isn’t a result of any changes to our quality standards or cost-cutting shortcuts—our commitment to the highest quality remains rock solid. 💪 We’ve used the same trusted suppliers and the same manufacturing process. We're still investigating what caused this mischief to occur, but in the meantime, we’ve got a quick and easy fix for you!
If your mat’s ink starts to bead up in this way, simply give it a warm water bath with a dash of dishwashing detergent and a gentle scrub.
Voilà—good as new and ready to doodle again! ✨
