Role: Social Media & Operations Coordinator
Location: Williamstown (Warehouse) / Richmond (HQ) / Hybrid
Employment Type: Part time (within school hours possible!) 

We have found most of our hires through word of mouth or our social media call outs. 
That to say, our community is highly engaged and many have followed our journey from our early days. 

We are looking for someone to continue building this community for us by means of storytelling with a strong grasp on social trends and creative content. You'll be the voice of HeyDoodle online, managing our social channels, growing our community, and shaping how the world sees us. Offline, you will be our administrative go to, from market-stall applications, to insurance renewals, coordinating deliveries and the occasional warehouse help when required. 

Some of the core tasks;

• Develop and execute a strategic content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest and more

• Create, schedule and publish engaging, on-brand content (stories, reels, carousels, etc.)
  

• Manage influencer and user-generated content collaborations

• Monitor community engagement, respond to DMs and comments in a fun, timely manner

• Support order processing and customer service inquiries

• Support warehouse team with occasional help required

• Administrative tasks
