Born in Oct 2019, our founder—a former architect—channelled her creativity into building a global brand now found in 27+ countries, winning multiple awards including Best Kids Product of the Year 2024 and featuring in major museums and retail chains. We’ve grown rapidly through clever design, community love, and standout marketing. Now, we’re looking for a smart, strategic and imaginative Marketing Manager to take us even further.
Who You Are
You’re a creative and strategic marketer with 5+ years of experience under your belt, ideally in D2C E-commerce and retail (bonus if in small business). You love working across multiple platforms, getting in on the tools, experimenting with content, diving into data, and creating marketing magic that drives results.
You’ll thrive in this role if you’re equal parts organised and imaginative—someone who sees the big picture but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and see the job gets done. If you live and breathe storytelling, community-building, creating structure and brand growth, we want you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use data to drive decisions: track KPIs, run A/B tests, analyse performance, and optimise accordingly
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, website, and paid channels
- Manage and structure the different projects running and ensure deliverables are met by the team
- Manage our content calendar and coordinate the roll-out of launches, seasonal promos, and brand-building initiatives
- Collaborate with influencers, PR, and partners to increase reach and deepen brand loyalty
- Work with our creative team to produce compelling visuals and messaging that align with our brand voice
- Research new trends, tools, and platforms (hello, TikTok Shop!) to stay ahead of the curve
- Contribute to our Amazon and international expansion plans through targeted marketing strategies
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in e-commerce or product-based brands
- Proven experience in running social campaigns
- A strong sense of visual storytelling, brand consistency, and customer journey mapping
- Strong copy-writing skills with an eye for design and detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
- Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, PR outreach, or Amazon Seller Central
- A genuine passion for educational or kids’ products is a big plus!
